Dreamsetvoyage service fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Airline Ticket Cancellations
Airline tickets are subject to the carrier’s fare rules, restrictions, and penalties.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support team before the scheduled departure.
No-shows (failure to board the flight) may result in forfeiture of the ticket value.
3. Hotel & Other Service Cancellations
Hotel and tour package cancellations depend on the property’s cancellation window and terms.
Last-minute cancellations may be subject to full charges without refund.
Some promotional or discounted bookings may be fully non-refundable.
4. Refund Process

Dreamsetvoyage is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or suppliers.

Modification charges and fare differences will apply.
6. No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in, board, or avail the service without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided, and the booking amount will be forfeited.

In events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics), cancellation and refund terms will depend on the policies of the service providers involved.
